The randomisation window
Everyone who joins Fair Queue before on-sale opening gets a random place when the window closes. Joining earlier within that window gives no advantage. The opening and closing times are shown before you join; refreshing does not improve your place.

Name-on-ticket
Arena tickets carry the holder’s name. At the gate, a photo ID must match that name. Each person in a booking has their own ticket and live Holopass code.

Transfer
Transfer a ticket once, up to 48 h before doors. The original ticket is invalidated and the new holder receives a new pass.

Passback
Passback resale is at face value, with a 5% fee. The fee is waived for All Access. The original holder cannot enter after the ticket is resold.
